Return & Refund Policy – FootFix®

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

A. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

B. How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at support@getfootfix.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review your request and send you instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from us.

C. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

D. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

E. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@getfootfix.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims submitted without photo evidence or after this window may not be eligible.

F. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items marked as final sale and items that have been used or washed.
